Missions

  • Assister les Asset Managers dans la gestion opérationnelle d’un portefeuille d’actifs.
  • Contribuer au suivi financier : modèles Excel, budgets, reportings, analyses de performance.
  • Participer au suivi locatif et à la coordination avec les property managers.
  • Réaliser des benchmarks marché et analyses concurrentielles.
  • Préparer des supports (comités, présentations, dossiers investisseurs).

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en Master (commerce, finance, immobilier).
  • À l’aise avec Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Rigueur, esprit analytique, autonomie.
  • Intérêt pour l’immobilier et la finance.
  • Anglais professionnel apprécié.
