JOB PURPOSE:
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR administrative activities, supporting core processes such as employment documentation, internship agreements, and hiring letters. The intern will contribute to real and structured HR processes, working closely with the team in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role provides valuable exposure to HR operations and administrative workflows, making a tangible impact on day-to-day activities. It is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to learn, develop practical skills, and build a solid foundation for a future career in Human Resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an intern, you will support the team in daily operations, with responsibilities such as:
Support in the preparation and management of internship agreements and employment offers
Assistance in drafting and managing commitment letters and hiring letters
Manage HR documentation and data entry activities
Respect to the deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office
Professional attitude and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99)
Master’s Degree in Economics or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and proactivity.
Excellent command of Excel and solid proficiency in PowerPoint.
Good written and spoken English.
Curiosity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and structured environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
