Administrative Assistant - Early Careers Program

In this role, a typical day will include:

- administration of requests in internal systems,
- support in coordinating internal meetings,
- monitoring event schedules,
- support in organizing conferences and marketing meetings,
- active cooperation with the sales department in the field of organization of meetings (back office),
- drafting basic documents
- support in internal processes (document circulation, invoices, contracts),
- other administrative work (scanning, printing, sending parcels)

  • knowledge of systems and applications from the Microsoft family,
