Acerca del rol

En Essity buscamos estudiantes próximos a finalizar su etapa académica y listos para iniciar sus prácticas profesionales en julio de 2026. Tendrás la oportunidad de apoyar funciones operativas o administrativas según el área de trabajo y de tu programa de formación, al tiempo que adquieres experiencia real en una compañía global líder en higiene y salud.

 

¿A quién buscamos?

  • Estudiantes de últimos semestres de carreras profesionales, con disponibilidad para iniciar práctica en etapa productiva en julio de 2026.

  • Que provengan de instituciones o universidades avaladas por el SENA.

  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas con nivel intermedio–avanzado, especialmente Excel.

  • No haber firmado previamente un contrato de aprendizaje SENA.

 

Áreas de práctica y programas de estudio

  • Producción / Manufactura: Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, de Procesos o Química.

  • Mantenimiento: Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica o Eléctrica.

  • Logística: Ingeniería Industrial con interés en procesos logísticos.

  • Planeación: Ingeniería Industrial con interés en análisis de datos.

  • Iniciativas: Ingeniería en Nanotecnología.

 

Información adicional

  • Jornada laboral presencial de lunes a viernes (horario según el área).

  • Beneficio mensual de paca con productos de la compañía.

  • Servicio de alimentación (almuerzo).

  • Para quienes residen en Medellín, ofrecemos ruta de transporte hacia la planta de producción.
