What you’ll be doing

As an HR Summer Student, you’ll contribute to key initiatives across:

• Talent Acquisition

  • Support candidate sourcing and resume screening

  • Assist with pre-screening activities (with guidance)

  • Help manage job postings and application tracking

  • Provide coordination support throughout the recruitment process

• Learning & Leadership

  • Support leadership development initiatives

  • Gain exposure to talent development practices

• HR Communications

  • Assist in creating engaging intranet content

  • Help maintain and update HR and talent program pages

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Strong interest in recruitment, talent development, or HR communications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong communication skills (French required, English is an asset)
