About the Role

Victoria Golf Resort & Spa Managed by Accor

The property will be managed by Accor under white label while it undergoes a comprehensive property improvement plan. Upon completion, Victoria Golf Resort & Spa will be fully rebranded as a Fairmont property, its exceptional golf facilities and beautiful natural surroundings perfectly complementing the wider Fairmont Hotels & Resorts portfolio. Accor will ensure a seamless transition and integration of Fairmont’s signature brand markers, complemented by touches that celebrate the property’s local culture – positioning the hotel at the heart of the local community and destination.

Job Description

Victoria Summer Series: Start Here. Go Anywhere.” is the Victoria Golf Resort & Spa summer program that opens the doors of luxury hospitality to individuals looking for a first professional experience that is structured, learning‑focused, and, above all: memorable!

During the summer season, participants will discover the hidden secrets of luxury service across different operational areas, supported by experienced teams who are ready to teach and share their knowledge.

You will take part in the daily operation of a reference resort, in an environment that values hands‑on learning, teamwork, and pride in delivering exceptional service to guests from all over the world.

  • Front Office and Guest Relations

  • Restaurant and Bar

  • Kitchen and Pastry

  • Housekeeping and Laundry

  • Spa and Wellness

In your application, you can indicate the area(s) you are most interested in exploring.

Main Responsibilities (generic, adapted by area)

  • Welcome and support guests, ensuring warm, professional, and personalised service.

  • Assist with daily team tasks (check‑in/check‑out support, food & beverage service, mise‑en‑place, kitchen prep, room preparation, spa reception, luggage assistance, etc.).

  • Learn and follow luxury hospitality service standards (etiquette, behaviour, language, service timing, personal presentation).

  • Work closely with colleagues from different nationalities and departments, contributing to a positive and collaborative team spirit.

  • Comply with hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all tasks.

  • Take part in training moments and career development sessions about the hospitality world.

This is a learning experience: participants are supported by senior team members who coach, guide, and give feedback throughout the program.

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience is not mandatory, we are looking for curiosity, motivation, and willingness to learn.

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum age in accordance with legal working regulations (participation by minors requires parental authorisation).

  • Availability to work during the summer period (length of experience adapted to your schedule).

  • Genuine curiosity about hospitality and eagerness to understand how a luxury operation works.

  • Enjoy welcoming and serving others, with natural friendliness and empathy.

  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and openness to feedback.

  • Flexibility to support different functions within your chosen area.

  • Commitment to punctuality, responsibility, and respect for grooming, hygiene, and safety rules.
