Job Location:

Dimona is located in Southern Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest point on earth.

The factory in Dimona was established in 1986 and has over 1,000 employees.

As an HR Student, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and onboarding processes, and coordinating HR-related meetings and events.

What you will be doing:

  • To support the HR department in a unit with approximately 1000 employees.
  • To follow up of trainings, issuing letters of appointment.
  • To recruit candidates for production, managing the work relations with placement companies, sorting resumes and conducting interviews.
  • To handle corporate publications, bulletin board, birthdays, corporate business application.
  • To participate in welfare projects and other fields.

What you will bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree student in the field of social sciences - mandatory.
  • Commitment to at least two days a week (Sunday-Thursday) between the hours of 7:00-16:20, during semester holidays, prepared for additional working days - mandatory.
  • Office software - mandatory at a high level.
  • Knowledge of the English / Russian language - mandatory.
  • Previous experience in the field - an advantage.
