About the Role

Overview of the Position:

The Engineering Assistant plays an integral role in the PMA Engineering department by performing general office duties including creating data packages.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • General office support duties such as filing or retrieving paper documents or parts, form processing, maintaining office supplies and equipment, assisting with office documentation as needed.
  • Create PMA Sales Packages for customers including any specific documents required for customer approval of PMA.

 

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of MS office products & Adobe office products.
  • Good oral/written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Perform all duties as required with only occasional supervision.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
