JOB DUTIES:
1. Support Training/Activity/Meeting preparation;

2. Support employee file management;

3. Support all communications channel switch management.(Including AEM/ APS SharePoint/APS Weekly news/TV/Signage updates, etc.);

4. Support recruiting, onboard, Job-change, re-org, contract renew, termination, retire process materials preparation;

5. Support Quarter/Annual/Power Star materials preparation

6. Support other tasks assigned by the leader.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. College or university degree related to Human Resources Management;
2. Excellent communication skills;
3. Good at office 365 software like Excel/PPT/Word/SharePoint/Power APP preferred;
4. 3-5 days per week on work is required.
