Overall mission

• You will provide support to Indirect Materials & Services R&F team leaders to ensure smooth execution of main responsibilities

• Take direction from the Team Manager on specific tasks. You will be reporting to the IM&S R&F Team Lead

• Contacts All employees, especially requestors,vendors

   

Main responsibilities

Daily operations in IM&S R&F management

• Manage incoming IM&S PTP related employee and vendor queries through relevant communication channels (email, instant messaging tool, service management tool)

• You will sort incoming requests and forward them to the right internal team

• Support PO creation, follow-up

• Handle late deliveries

• Support users with regards to workflows and approvals

• Analyze queries and perform end-to-end query resolution following service levels and Customer satisfaction

   

Education

• Diploma College or University degree in progress

• Languages Fluent in English and Hungarian

Technical skills

• Good data entry/ typing speed

• Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
