Marketing Intern – Your future position?

Reporting to Senior Category Marketing Manager

 

As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to step into the industry of fragrance & beauty to gain more insights to market trends observe how a business makes strategic decisions based on various sources of data. You may also get the chance to explore more about this unique industry and how your loved scents are created!

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Updating brand portfolios for SEA markets on a regular basis by tracking new launches (tracking brand website, social media platforms, research databases) and consolidating based on trends
  • Extract new insights from the market research database and add them to the country/category knowledge
  • Based on data, conduct pricing comparison across brands in each country to help understand the brand positioning, and track how it evolves over time
  • Update the country/product category knowledge by updating the overall country and market facts & figures
  • Trendspotting on social media/e-commerce - to look for new trends/brands that are trending online
  • Olfactive analysis of new launches and trends with project team and consolidating the data in fragrance database

 

Long Term Internship project

  • Mini project to be assigned during your internship that helps you develop social listening, digital marketing, neuroscience understanding, and/or AI analytics/Data Visualizations

 

Main Requirements

  • Educational background in Marketing or social media courses/electives
