HR Trainee

- 1 year contract -

 


A day in the life of HR Trainee

  • Provide daytoday support to the HR Administration team;
  • Maintain and archive employee documentation, including personal folders and physical records;
  • Prepare and manage employmentrelated contracts (labor, internship, lease, service; terminations and extensions);
  • Introduction to the concept of salary calculation;
  • Prepare payroll documentation and reports;
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data, time and attendance records in HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos);
  • Register new employees with relevant government institutions;
  • Support adhoc HR projects and proactively collaborate with other HR teams;
  •  

 

What will make you successful?

  • You have or are getting an bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • You have good knowledge of English language, both writen and spoken.
  • You are advanced user of MS Office package.
  • You are thinking outside the box to solve a problem.
  • If you see opportunities, you like to take the initiative.
  • You are good multitasker and pay attention to details in the performance of your daily activities.
