Job Description

We are looking for motivated Cadet Drafters to join our Urban Development team in Brisbane. 

This role is ideal for someone who is currently studying, or has recently completed, a qualification in civil engineering or drafting and is looking to gain hands-on industry experience. This opportunity is a true pathway into the drafting career, you'll work under the guidance of Senior Drafters and Engineers to develop your technical drafting skills while supporting the delivery of a variety of civil and urban development projects.

Qualifications

  • Relevant work rights for Australia.
  • Currently studying or recently completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Engineering Drafting, or a related qualification
  • Basic understanding of drafting principles and civil engineering drawings
  • Exposure to AutoCAD (experience with Revit or other CAD software is beneficial)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive attitude and interest in developing a career in civil drafting or design
