About the Role

Sobre o papel:

OBJETIVO DO CARGO

Atuar no apoio às atividades de reposição, organização e exposição dos produtos Ferrero nos pontos de venda, contribuindo para a boa apresentação da marca, garantindo a correta precificação, validade dos produtos e atendimento aos padrões de qualidade, além de desenvolver competências profissionais por meio do programa de aprendizagem.

Principais Responsabilidades:

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Realizar a reposição de produtos Ferrero nas gôndolas e pontos extras;
  • Organizar os produtos conforme layout e padrão da marca;
  • Verificar datas de validade e integridade das embalagens;
  • Apoiar na precificação correta dos produtos;
  • Manter o espaço limpo, organizado e visualmente atrativo;
  • Auxiliar no controle de estoque básico no ponto de venda;
  • Apoiar o time de promotores e supervisores quando necessário;
  • Seguir normas de segurança, higiene e conduta profissional;
  • Participar das atividades teóricas do programa Jovem Aprendiz.

Sobre você:

 REQUISITOS

  • Idade conforme legislação do programa Jovem Aprendiz (mínimo 17 anos);
  • Não pode se inscrever, caso já tenha sido Jovem Aprendiz – Repositor
  • Estar matriculado e frequentando a escola no período noturno (caso não tenha concluído o Ensino Médio);
  • Disponibilidade para jornada compatível com o programa de aprendizagem;
  • Não é necessária experiência profissional anterior;
  • Interesse em atuar no ambiente de lojas e supermercados.

  • Carga horária: conforme legislação (6h diárias);
  • Regime: Jovem Aprendiz;
  • Ambiente de aprendizado e desenvolvimento contínuo.
