About the Role

 

A meaningful opportunity to intern with JTI, we are taking a holistic approach to support women empowerment. There is broad scope for diversity with this internship as it is designed specially to support enriching female talent pipeline.

 

What to expect?

During your 12-months internship at JTI Dagmersellen, you will work in different departments of our Factory to get the full manufacturing experience. After an intensive onboarding, you will have the chance to work in local & global projects (e.g. automation & IWS).

 

You will be mentored by our Factory Lead and coached throughout your journey with us. We will determine the length and scope within the different stations and projects together with you and enable you to contribute to your strengths and interests. In addition to motivated and committed colleagues, you can expect a customized development plan for your further career at JTI as part of this Internship program. You will have the opportunity to participate in a Mentoring program and global learning & development programs.

Is it a match?

  • You have successfully graduated in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) within the last 24 months and have no more than 18 months of work experience after graduation?
  • You have a desire to learn and you want to consistently grow?
  • You are keen on an international working environment and have a very good command of German & English?
