Job Title: Membership Support Internship

Duration: Part-Time Internship, 2 Months (Approx. 20 hours per week, subject to be adjusted)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Membership Support Intern to assist our team during a busy season. This internship is designed to help the department catch up on backlog tasks while maintaining current operations. It offers hands-on experience in customer account management, billing processes, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Register customer-purchased equipment with manufacturers accurately and in a timely manner
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Assist with invoicing for declined monthly and annual membership payments
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality
Schedule & Commitment
- Approximately 20 hours per week
