Job Title: Membership Support Internship
Department: Membership Support
Duration: Part-Time Internship, 2 Months (Approx. 20 hours per week, subject to be adjusted)


Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Membership Support Intern to assist our team during a busy season. This internship is designed to help the department catch up on backlog tasks while maintaining current operations. It offers hands-on experience in customer account management, billing processes, and administrative support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Register customer-purchased equipment with manufacturers accurately and in a timely manner
  • Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Assist with invoicing for declined monthly and annual membership payments
  • Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality

Schedule & Commitment

  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Duration: 2 months
