About the Role

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare management company, is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in a professional healthcare and contact center environment.

 

  • Assist with recruiting and hiring activities including resume review, interview coordination, and applicant tracking
  • Support onboarding activities including preparation of new hire files and orientation materials
  • Assist with employee records management and HR documentation
  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership and staff as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information
  • Assist with assigned projects and related duties as required
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Customer service or office experience preferred
  • Interest in recruiting, onboarding, training, or human resources operations preferred
