About the Role

Your Mission

Join our Mittelstand Team as an Intern!
Gain valuable experience in Private Equity and support our Mittelstand team for a 3-month period starting January 1 in various investment projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assess investment opportunities (e.g. business model review, market analysis)
  • Conduct financial analysis and company valuation (e.g. LBO modelling, CCA & CTA)
  • Support during the investment proposal and due diligence process
  • Source potential target companies through industry/sector analysis
  • Assist with portfolio company development

Your Profile

  • Excellent academic performance; min. 4th Semester Bachelor 
  • At least 2 prior internships in top-tier PE, VC, M&A, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking firms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset paired with critical thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in German & English (C1)
