Como nuestro próximo Practicante de Comunicación Organizacional, estarás al frente del soporte en estrategias de comunicación interna, fortalecimiento de la imagen corporativa y coordinación de eventos organizacionales. Tu experiencia en comunicación organizacional y generación de contenido será clave para fortalecer la cultura organizacional y asegurar una comunicación efectiva dentro de la empresa.

¿Qué Estarás Haciendo?

• Apoyar en la elaboración y difusión de comunicados internos y contenido corporativo
• Colaborar en el fortalecimiento de la imagen corporativa mediante campañas y materiales visuales
• Participar en la planeación, logística y ejecución de eventos organizacionales y culturales
• Generar contenido para medios internos, presentaciones y materiales informativos
• Apoyar en actividades de fotografía, cobertura y documentación de eventos
• Administrar y actualizar tableros informativos y canales de comunicación interna
• Dar seguimiento a proveedores de diseño, impresión y eventos
• Apoyar iniciativas de cultura organizacional y responsabilidad social

¿Qué Estamos Buscando?

• Estudiante activo de Licenciatura en Comunicación, Comunicación Organizacional o afín
• Excelente redacción y habilidades de comunicación
• Manejo básico/intermedio de herramientas de diseño y Office (Canva, PowerPoint, Word)
• Organización, atención al detalle y trabajo en equipo
• Actitud proactiva y orientada al servicio

Puntos Extra Si Cuentas Con:

• Experiencia en comunicación interna o eventos corporativos
• Conocimiento de plataformas de comunicación interna
• Experiencia en creación de contenido digital
• Interés en cultura organizacional y engagement
