Estamos buscando um(a) estagiário(a) de Direito para integrar nossa equipe de Recursos Humanos. A vaga é para atuação em Sorocaba, Brasil, e o(a) estagiário(a) se reportará ao(à) Analista de RH. Suas responsabilidades incluirão o suporte a todos os processos sob a responsabilidade do departamento de RH, com foco nas seguintes atividades:
• Prestar suporte na documentação, cronogramas e controles dos Processos Trabalhistas;
• Auxiliar no processo de emissão de PPPs (Perfis de Prestação de Serviços) para o Seguro Social;
• Prestar suporte nos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção para níveis operacionais;
• Prestar suporte no processo de Admissão de novos colaboradores;
• Prestar suporte no processo de Onboarding (integração);
• Prestar suporte no processo de análise de desligamentos;
• Prestar suporte em programas globais como P+, Speak Up e Yes;
• Prestar suporte na gestão de fornecedores de RH;
• Prestar assistência geral aos colaboradores;
• Prestar suporte no planejamento e execução de eventos corporativos da unidade;
• Prestar suporte em outras questões administrativas de RH;
• Manter contato direto com clientes internos;
• Criar e gerenciar relatórios de RH.
Requisitos:
• Cursando Ensino Superior em Direito;
• A partir do 2º ano;
• Domínio do Pacote Office;
• Boa comunicação;
• Proatividade;
• Dinamismo.
