The intern will assist in reviewing internal workflows, collect efficiency data, and help identify process improvements aimed at reducing turnaround time by at least 10%.
Requirements
Educational Background:
HS Diploma
Enrolled in a degree in Technical Communication/Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering (Preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to create and facilitate presentations to leadership

Key Responsibilities (What/How):
- Complete review of work instructions needs (identifying gaps)
- Complete review of training checklists.
- Training documentation tracking for all hourly Washougal personnel,
- Assist in reviewing internal workflows.
Physical Demands:
This position requires basic mobility to navigate production floors. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
