Job Description:

Role Overview
As the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, we collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights. During key business planning cycles, we actively support commercial and leadership discussions by operating patient‑based forecasting models and providing clear, data‑driven perspectives. In addition, we conduct primary market research in full compliance with internal regulations and analyze diverse secondary market data to support strategic decision‑making.

 

Key Responsibilities

1) Local Business Reporting & Insight Delivery

  • Maintain and update monthly business reports using the most recent and reliable data available.

  • Deliver clear and actionable insights to leadership teams and commercial partners, and coordinate follow up actions with relevant stakeholders as needed.

 

2) Patient Based Forecasting & Business Analysis

  • Partner with stakeholders to define and align key assumptions within patient-based forecasting models.

  • Analyze changes versus previous business planning models to identify key drivers and business implications.

  • Continuously update models with the latest data to assess current market trends and brand performance.

 

3) Support for APAC‑Initiated Projects

  • Contribute to cross‑country APAC initiatives, including:Development of harmonized forecasting modelsFacilitation and feedback on aligned primary market research (e.g. questionnaire design and localization)Data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) for newly developed data platforms

  • Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
