As a Services Data Analyst Intern, you will support the Schneider Electric Services team in leveraging data to improve business performance, service operations, and customer satisfaction. This internship offers exposure to real-world data analysis in the context of energy management, field services, and digital lifecycle services. You will gain hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a global company.


Mission (About the Role)

  • You will join the Services Marketing team where we transform services related data and analytics into actionable insights to drive business growth and meet customer needs.

What will you do?

  • Assist in collecting, validating, and preparing services-related data (installed base, contracts, spare parts, modernization projects, etc).
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports in Power BI / Tableau to track service KPIs (e.g., services contract on-time renewal rates, services contract track and capture rates, spare parts campaigns, EcoFit modernization).
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities and subsequently present insights to supervisors and service business leaders.
  • Collaborate with Services Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on data-driven projects.
  • Contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives in services

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Education:
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • Skills/Systems Knowledge:
    • Basic knowledge of data visualization & reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
    • Basic knowledge of CRM (Salesforce / Siebel) and ERP (SAP / Oracle) data sources
    • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python is a plus
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Interest in energy, sustainability, or industrial services
