About the Role

Join our dynamic Customer Care team and be the voice of excellence in customer support! We're looking for a Commercial Customer Care Intern who's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and driving customer satisfaction to new heights.

 

What will you do:

  • Support customers and sales teams with comprehensive order processing, managing pre-sales and post-sales queries, stock information, and credit details
  • Handle technical and non-technical customer support across multiple channels including phone, online chat, and text
  • Process and administrate orders while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency standards
  • Participate in revenue generation activities through lead qualification, outbound campaigns, and quotation preparation
  • Act as a vital liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments

 

What will make you successful:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. Engineering technology background is preferred, candidates from other relevant academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, adaptability, and interest in supporting business or customer‑facing functions.
  • Internship availability: Must be able to commit to an internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle both routine and complex customer interactions
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
