Duration? 3-6 months (depending on your school convention) – Ideally starting in September 2026!

 

What will be your mission?

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR Director and HRBPs in various strategic and operational activities. As part of the HR team, you will:

  • Support the monitoring and updating of HR dashboards, including key performance indicators, workforce distribution, and age demographics
  • Assist HRBPs in the implementation of HR initiatives across different departments
  • Contribute to the preparation of works council meetings and other employee representative bodies
  • Participate in collective and engagement projects, such as volunteering activities, solidarity actions, and CSR initiatives
  • Assist in the drafting and review of HR policies, such as supporting the development of the company car policy

What student are we looking for?

 

  • Language: Fluency in French or Dutch, with good command of English
  • Education: You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • Enthusiastic and Driven: You have a go-getter and proactive attitude
  • Excellent Communicator: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you know how to build rapport with others, making you an outstanding relationship builder
