About the Role

What will you do?

  • Support the end-to-end technical onboarding process for suppliers, by following a standardized onboarding plan.
  • Accurately track the progress of multiple suppliers at once, using internal tools.
  • Identify delays early and escalate risks or issues promptly to the team lead.
  • Understand and review simple structured data or code‑style formats (e.g., XML) with suppliers.
  • Perform simple, guided system configuration steps needed during supplier setup (no prior system experience required).
  • Communicate professionally with suppliers (Finance and Technical) in English and Spanish via email and virtual meetings.
  • Build rapport with suppliers, answer questions, and provide clear explanations.
  • Collaborate with global team members to share knowledge, provide updates, and resolve supplier questions.
  • Facilitate online supplier webinars and training sessions.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Current student of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related (GRADUATION DATE 2027 OR LATER)
  • Ability to understand and review simple code‑style formats (e.g., XML).
  • Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable engaging with external suppliers and building trust.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several tasks.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Confident presenting or leading virtual sessions.
  • Experience in coding, programming (PLUS)
