About the Role

What will you do?

  • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including data collection and validation.
  • Assist in the preparation and standardization of financial information to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Use digital and analytical tools to improve data analysis and reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Finance teams in the development and improvement of tools that enhance financial processes.
  • Support the improvement of monthly reporting packages and related processes.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Interest in digital transformation within finance.
  • Basic knowledge to work with digital tools and systems, skills in Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Power Query).

 

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of process improvement or automation concepts.
  • Familiarity with financial data or reports (academic or internship-related). – Nice to have
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Report to me: Services Controller Operations.
  • Stakeholders: Operational Team, Finances Business Partners, Digital Partners.
  • Leadership relation: Will be a cross functional internship, collaborating with Digital Team supporting Finance Services Process.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Digital, Data/Analytics, or a related field. (Grad date june 2027, or later)
  • Advanced english - must.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams (Finance and Digital).
    Why this matters: Success in this role depends on close coordination with Digital teams to improve tools, processes, and reporting packages.

 

Core Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
    Why this matters: Excel is a primary tool for monthly reporting, data reconciliation, and information standardization, enabling accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.
  • Interest or exposure to digital/data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SQL, Python, or similar—academic or self‑learning is acceptable).
    Why this matters: The role supports improving analysis and reporting packages through digital tools, directly aligning with Finance’s focus on data and digital capabilities.
  • Basic understanding of finance or accounting concepts (P&L, costs, revenues, forecasting, or financial statements).
    Why this matters: This knowledge enables the intern to understand the “why” behind the numbers—not just manipulate data.
