Join us as a Service Excellence Business Development Intern to make an impact!

 

You will join the Services Excellence team where you will work on projects to drive Services team transformation.

 

About the role

  • You will join the Service Excellence team where we transform and develop our organisation to meet our customer needs and growth ambition.
  • You will be expose to transversal business topics across services, responsible to analyze business performance, and drive simplification actions through automation & digital tools

What will you do?

  • Market Research & Analysis

    • Conduct market scans to identify service trends, emerging opportunities, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs.

    • Analyse industry reports, customer insights, and operational data to generate findings that support business development strategies.

    • Assist in assessing potential new service offerings, enhancements, and partnership opportunities.

    • Consolidate stakeholder feedback into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Support Lead Generation Initiatives
    • Map end-to-end lead generation activities, from opportunity identification through to stakeholder alignment and implementation.
    • Collaborate with cross-BU stakeholders—including Sales, Marcom, and the Revenue Development Team—to ensure coordinated execution of initiatives.
    • Oversee the implementation of identified opportunities and track progress to ensure timely and effective follow-through.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration / Marketing / Data Analytics / Computer Engineering/IT related or similar / Master / MBA
  • Skills/Systems Knowledge: Data Analytics/Strong digital skills/Business Acumen, Excel, Market Research
