Job Description

Who You Are:

You are a creative and motivated individual with a passion for visual communication and digital marketing. You have a strong eye for design, enjoy producing polished and impactful content, and are eager to apply your skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

You are curious about the business world and excited by the idea of working across multiple projects simultaneously. You take ownership of your work, pay attention to detail, and are not afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.

You are looking for a hands-on internship where you can grow, learn from experienced professionals, and make a real contribution — right at the intersection of design, communication, and real estate.


Your Activities:

Graphic Design & Content Production

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including pitch decks, info memos, brochures, and visual presentations
  • Create graphic content to support all business lines (Office, Industrial, Retail, Capital Markets, and Valuation)
  • Ensure all materials are on-brand, visually compelling, and delivered to a high professional standard
  • Support the adaptation and localisation of corporate templates and formats for the Italian market

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Contribute to the management of Colliers Italy's social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others)
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with the corporate communications calendar
  • Support the development of digital content strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
  • Monitor social media performance and report on key metrics

Corporate Marketing Support

  • Provide marketing support across all internal teams, ensuring consistent and high-quality visual communication
  • Assist in organising and maintaining the digital asset library (images, templates, brand guidelines)
  • Support the coordination of events, webinars, and corporate communication initiatives

Qualifications

  • Degree (or current enrolment) in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Previous experience or academic projects in graphic design or digital marketing is a plus
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) — essential
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for creating and formatting professional documents
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content management tools
  • Strong eye for design, detail, and visual consistency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Italian is required).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Interest in real estate, business, or financial services is a plus
