Du unterstützt das Planning Team bei täglichen Aufgaben im Projektgeschäft und im Projektdatenmanagement durch strukturierte Aufbereitung und Pflege von Daten
Du erstellst und pflegst Simulationstools für Storage Hubs und stellst deren Aktualität sowie Nutzbarkeit für das Projektteam Sicher
Du bereitest Koordinaten für Streckenstudien auf und prüfst diese für die Nutzung in Project Maps
Du holst projektspezifische Daten bei Fachabteilungen wie Tender Management, Logistik und Sales ein und konsolidierst diese
Du aktualisierst und pflegst Datenbanken sowie zentrale Projektunterlagen im Rahmen des Datenmanagements

DEIN PROFIL

Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Projektmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und MS Lists, zur strukturierten Datenverarbeitung
Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in Power BI und SQL Server oder bist bereit, dich schnell in diese Tools einzuarbeiten
Du beherrschst Deutsch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift für die Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen
Du arbeitest motiviert, flexibel und selbstorganisiert mit einem strukturierten und qualitätsorientierten Ansatz
