About the Role

    

Ben jij een reisliefhebber met passie voor het helpen van anderen om hun droomvakantie waar te maken? Altijd al benieuwd geweest hoe het eraan toegaat achter de schermen bij een van de grootste reisorganisaties? Dan is een stage bij TUI Nederland echt iets voor jou! Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste, leergierige en gemotiveerde stagiair om ons team op het TUI Reisbureau te komen versterken. Je komt te werken bij een van onze locaties in Almere Buiten, Lelystad, Zeewolde, Harderwijk of Nijkerk.

 

Wat ga je doen?

Als stagiair op het TUI Reisbureau ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun droomvakantie willen boeken. Je adviseert, inspireert en zorgt dat elke klant met een glimlach de deur uitloopt!

Jouw taken:

  • Je adviseert klanten over reisbestemmingen, accommodaties en andere reisgerelateerde services
  • Je stelt reisplannen en offertes op die perfect aansluiten bij de wensen van de klant
  • Je verwerkt boekingen, wijzigingen en annuleringen in ons systeem
  • Je werkt mee aan het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen samen met het team
  • Je bouwt kennis op over verschillende bestemmingen wereldwijd, reistrends en actuele ontwikkelingen in de reisbranche
  • Je helpt bij promotionele activiteiten en evenementen

 

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Je ontwikkelt je commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden en doet waardevolle praktijkervaring op
  • Je werkt samen met ervaren reisadviseurs die dagelijks klanten inspireren en begeleiden
  • In twee weken tijd word je klaargestoomd voor een vliegende start van je stage!
  • Je krijgt een TUI uniform en een laptop in bruikleen
  • Je ontvangt een stagevergoeding van 500 euro bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur)
  • Je wordt onderdeel van de Stage Community en neemt deel aan leuke activiteiten

 

Wie ben jij?

  • Je volgt een mbo opleiding (niveau 3 of 4) richting toerisme
  • Je hebt passie voor reizen en basiskennis van diverse bestemmingen
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, klantvriendelijk en spreekt uitstekend Nederlands
  • Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook prima in een team
  • Je bent proactief, leergierig en flexibel
