The company, headquartered in Salzgitter, is rooted in Europe and is responsible for the development and production of battery cells, as well as the vertical integration of the value chain. PowerCo is currently ramping-up three cell factories with a combined capacity of up to 200 gigawatt-hours per year: Salzgitter in Germany, Valencia in Spain, and St. Thomas in Canada. About the Role
 
Who we are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Human Resources department takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

  
 
Your role and key responsibilities
  • Supporting HR process modeling – from initial capture to documentation
  • Contribution to the further development of the process landscape in the area of Talent Acquisition, including structuring, harmonization and quality assurance of processes
  • Support in administrative and organizational day-to-day activities
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations, including the development of charts and visualizations for HR processes and process documentation
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s studies in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related fields
  • Interest in HR processes, organizational development, and process management
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office products
  • Business fluent in English & German
