Meet your team 

The Managed Service Provider (MSP) Operations team supports strategic operational activities across Latin America, acting as a key interface between SAP internal teams and regional partners. The team is responsible for enabling operational excellence throughout the MSP process lifecycle, supporting quote creation, opportunity management, contract generation, partner engagement, and process governance. The role provides direct exposure to SAP commercial operations, cloud business processes, and regional collaboration across LATAM countries. As part of the MSP Operations team, interns will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

 

What you’ll do:

As a member of the MSP Operations team, you will support operational processes and partner engagement activities across Latin America regions.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Support proposal request processes with regional MSP partners
  • Create and maintain opportunities in internal SAP systems such as Harmony and CRM
  • Validate BOM SKUs using internal pricing and configuration tools
  • Communicate and follow up on process inconsistencies with partners
  • Support EDDF submission and MSP Use Case Review follow-up activities
  • Manage operational cases related to Change in Deployment (CID/MAR)
  • Open and monitor internal tickets related to opportunities and quotations
  • Support contract and Order Form generation processes
  • Assist in the creation and structuring of Sales Quotations
  • Coordinate webinar scheduling and invitation management for regional sessions
  • Support operational activities related to SAP ERP Private Cloud and Public Cloud scenarios
  • Collaborate with internal SAP teams and regional partners to ensure operational efficiency and process compliance
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and operational excellence

 

What you bring:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Law, International Relations, or related fields
  • Graduation expected within approximately 24 months
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Spanish proficiency is required for LATAM regional positions (except Brazil-focused position)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage operational activities with attention to detail
  • Team player mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Interest in business operations, cloud solutions, and partner management processes
