Join our Mergers and Acquisitions Center of Excellence (M&A CoE) team and gain valuable experience in a global, dynamic and supportive environment! We are looking for candidates (f/m/d) eager to support our M&A CoE and gain insights into Process and System Integration of our acquired companies and into the collaboration with various teams across all areas in SAP. 

 

What You’ll bring 

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

 

•     Currently studying/enrolled in a degree program related to IT, computer science, engineering, business administration, communications, or a similar field 

•     You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, ideally combined with SharePoint, MS Teams, BI/Analytics and Atlassian JIRA experience 

•     Excellent communication skills as well as fluent in English language (verbal and written) 

•     You should be an excellent team player, with strong abilities to communication, work independently and problem-solving skills 

•     A high level of integrity, accuracy and dependability 

•     Positive attitude, a clear sense of responsibility, and a commitment to customer service – combined with a strong focus on quality of outcomes 

•     Willingness to learn new processes and technologies/ tools 

•     Ideally previous practical experience in business through prior student engagements in industry or consulting

•     Interest in AI Acumen is higly recommended  

 

Where you belong 

 

You will interact with our global team of M&A program managers and subject matter experts and take over topics or even lead smaller project topics yourself within the team. 

•     Assist selected M&A projects in e.g., backlog refinement, planning, documentation and reporting, test coordination, test execution and delivery 

•     Support and work closely with our M&A team in their day-to-day work 

•     Engage in creation and delivery of internal and external communication, e.g., creating related communication materials, preparing and hosting sessions or others 

•     You will be supporting the team in taking a role in knowledge management, continuous improvements and reporting activities across initiatives 

•     You will have the opportunity to take the lead on relevant topics and research; to prepare, develop, and finally present your topics to the team 

 

 

As part of SAP Corporate Processes and Information Technology (CPIT) organization, the Mergers & Acquisition IT CoE Team contributes to SAP's strategy by successfully delivering Post-Merger-Integration and Divestiture initiatives. We lead M&A IT projects and programs from strategy to execution. Committed to success and based on SAP standards and products, we innovate and enhance our methods and tools for efficiency and business growth. We are a great team of Project Managers, M&A Subject Matter Experts (technical & functional), and Architects. Our Mergers & Acquisition IT CoE Team is based in several locations in Europe and US.
