Job summary

The DigiCert, Inc. Legal Externship provides law students with the opportunity to learn how in-house corporate counsel supports an international, growing technology business.
Over the past three years, DigiCert has acquired multiple companies in our industry, including an acquisition with a portion of Symantec’s business which caused our size to more than double overnight and take the company international.

Commensurate with overall company growth, our legal department has grown from just a General Counsel and Contracts Manager to a team of 16 law professionals. It is a fast-paced and exciting environment that gives externs invaluable, hard-to-come-by experiences for their careers moving forward while we streamline our assets unto a single global entity with standard legal practices, contracts, and processes.

We strive to provide a great summer opportunity for law students to do real in-house legal work and develop real legal skills on a friendly and dedicated legal team. See what in-house corporate law is all about while getting hands-on legal experience!
