A day in the life:

Each customer contract at Power is accompanied by an internally developed ‘Blueprint’ that outlines the key terms and revenue schedule of said contract.  In this role, you will review each ‘Blueprint’ and compare it to the information provided by the different teams and/or signed contract, ensuring start date, deal value, contract length, revenue schedule, services allocations, commissions, etc. are aligned. If any of the information is incorrect, you will update the ‘Blueprint’ accordingly and, if necessary, confirm the correct details with the relevant Salesperson and Account Team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing Blueprints as they are deployed, confirming key details and updating Blueprints as necessary
  • Following-up with team members regarding any Blueprint questions
  • Flagging recurring Blueprint issues and repeat offenders to department leadership
  • Periodically reviewing trends of recurring Blueprint issues and proactively ideating solutions to decrease the number of incorrect Blueprints deployed
  • Staying organized as certain questions may take time to solve
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Role Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort communicating directly with senior team members via Slack, phone, video conference and in-person (if applicable)
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Thoroughness - candidate is expected to “leave no stone unturned” in review of contracts and Blueprints
  • Naturally inquisitive - candidate is expected to observe trends, identify when information is out of alignment and determine root cause of misalignment
  • Ability to work accurately and independently
  • Ability to develop action plans and follow through to completion
  • English B2-C1-C2

  • Maintain a 100% accuracy of blueprint approvals
  • Increased Blueprint accuracy
  • Positive Feedback from existing team members that blueprints are continually increasing in accuracy
