Job Summary:
The FWS student will be responsible for running experiments to optimize molecular diagnostic tests being developed to detect bacterial pathogens and their antimicrobial resistance genes in clinical samples. The FWS student will be trained in biosafety, using nucleic acid amplification techniques, bacterial culture, and lateral flow detection technology. Previous lab research experience is encouraged.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
