ACCOUNTABILITY:

To learn supply chain knowledge, customer service and planning responsibility. To learn about Lubrizol business and products. To conduct or assist projects for improvement based on the understanding of daily operation and process.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Order management
    • Order placement, ensuring accuracy in order details, coordinating with other teams such as Logistics, Demand & Supply Planner, and other functions to ensure timely delivery. Distribute invoices and other documentation to customers, banks and parties concerned in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Process requests and deliveries for free of charge samples with appropriate approvals and following established policies, procedures and tools.

 

  1. Supply chain & Planning process learning  
    • Learn order to cash process and customer service role.
    • Understand customer expectations and business needs.
    • Understand E2E planning flow including demanding and forecast generation, supply reliability and inventory management.

 

  1. Business learning
    • Gain knowledge of different business units and primary product domains.  
    • Understand business requirements for supply chain operation.

 

  1. Reporting and Data Analysis:
    • Learn how to use BOBJ and PBI to get the report to analyze.

 

  1. Conduct or assist to CI project  
    • Conduct LZA China customer survey
    • Assist to supply lead time & network optimization project.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

 

Education & Professional Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in supply chain management, logistics, chemical engineering or related field preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Fluent oral and written English 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Knowledgeable in excel and word, basic SAP system operation is preferred
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to details.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced
