该职位将在实习期间通过参与真实的项目活动,快速掌握市场分析、活动策划及客户运营等核心技能。

岗位职责:

1 、参与分公司各业务部门项目,支持协助组织各类活动。

2 、负责活动中部分文案书写,宣发及氛围营造。

3 、日常营销氛围营造,方案、活动海报宣发等。

4、 根据用人部门需求执行工作。

人物画像:
1、学龄以大三及研一以上为宜
2、抗压力强,能自我驱动,积极主动地推动工作开展
3、出色的沟通能力,具有强烈的工作责任心和团队合作精神,执行力强
4、具备扎实的文字功底,良好的审美及逻辑思维能力,能够独立撰写报告及文档
5、乐于接受新兴事物,并具备较强的学习能力、创新能力
6、良好的中英文表达能力,熟悉办公应用软件,能熟练运用PowerPoint, Excel,Word以及图文、视频制作编辑工具
