About The Company
This is Otrium: the world's most innovative end-to-end platform for off-price fashion. Hundreds of brands consumers love – all in one app. Otrium is a purpose-driven platform that envisions a world where all clothing that is produced is worn. With a technology-led approach, Otrium connects a growing global community with excess stock from leading brands. We aim to empower conscious consumers to reduce industry waste while giving fashion brands a lasting presence with new value and fans outside of seasonal business models. Named on Fast Company magazine's most innovative companies 2023. Our proprietary technology lets brands of any size quickly set up their own outlet store with a full-service B2C2B approach. Our +300 brand partners include established flagship brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Reiss, AllSaints, New Balance and Levi's, and trending regional hero brands such as Ganni, Stieglitz, NN07, Rains and many more. With over 4 million registered members (and counting!), Otrium’s platform offers a personalized fashion experience and savings of up to 75% off the premium, designer and luxury brands people love. Otrium is active across Europe. It gets even better: We're hiring! Otrium employs around 100 people around Europe, with a hub in our founding city, Amsterdam.
About the Role

Our purpose

Every year, billions of clothing items are produced but never sold. Much of this unworn fashion ends up in landfills – a massive waste of creativity, craftsmanship, resources, and investment. We're here to change that. As a purpose-led company, we use technology to help fashion brands give every item a chance to be worn. And we’re proud to be a certified B Corp – recognised for meeting high standards of social and environmental impact, transparency, and accountability.

How we work

We’re a purpose-driven scale-up, based in Amsterdam and active across Europe, with a diverse and international team. Our mission is simple: sell unsold inventory. Otrium values a healthy work-life balance. We have adopted a flexible hybrid way of working, encouraging our team members to come to our open, spacious, plant-filled Amsterdam HQ at the waterside of Houthavens at least twice a week. Full-time office presence is welcomed, and you’re empowered to organise your schedule in a way that works for you and the team.
