About the Role

As a Working Student in Learning & Development, you will support the global P&C team in designing and implementing training initiatives across the organization. You contribute to building structured learning concepts and gain practical experience in international people development processes. Your work supports the continuous development of employees and ensures effective training delivery worldwide.

YOUR TASKS

  • You support the design and implementation of the global training and development strategy and contribute to ongoing Learning & Development initiatives
  • You identify training needs across the organization and assist in preparing and structuring the overall training plan
  • You support the organization and coordination of training sessions, including collaboration with external providers when required
  • You prepare presentations, reports, and analysis documents to support decision-making and transparency
  • You assist in the creation and development of e‑learning content and digital training formats
  • You contribute to projects within the Development area and collaborate closely with the global P&C Learning & Development team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent
  • First experience in training creation, Learning & Development, or a comparable field is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English language skills; German or Spanish is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different stakeholders
  • Structured, proactive working style with a strong drive to optimize processes
