About the Role

Job overview:  

Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Intern in Mexico City to provide support to Schneider’s Sales division. The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for the successful execution and completion of customer orders. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Generate and sending reports for different clients and CS team.
  • Support appointment confirmations with different shippers, tracking cargo/deliveries from different accounts.
  • Create and accept customer orders in the system. 
  • Schedule appointments for orders. 
  • Create documentation throughout the order creation process. 
  • Work closely with customer service teammates and leaders. 
  • Solve issues for customers. 


Skills and qualifications:  

  • Currently enrolled at a college or university. 
  • Working toward a bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities at once.
