About the Role

Job overview:  

Schneider is seeking an Operations Intern in Mexico City to provide support to Schneider’s operations team. The Operations Intern will solve problems as they arise and complete administrative processes, while gaining transportation experience. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with various systems and programs. 
  • Work with a variety of teams, including customer service 
  • Resolve customer issues. 
  • Call the carrier portfolio to ask about availability and the outlook for the following days
  • Update reports, and schedule shipments.


Skills and qualifications:  

  • Currently enrolled at a college or university. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
