    High School Diploma Must be enrolled full-time in college or university with a GPA of 3.0 or better, graduate status 
     


JOB DUTIES

  • Perform molecular cloning of cancer cell-specific promoters to drive imaging and therapeutic reporters. 
  • Test the promoters in vitro and in vivo for imaging and treating pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. 
  • Using date from Task 2, iteratively refine the constructs developed in Task 1 with respect to (a) specificity and (b) robustness of signal.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
