Position Summary You will join the Market Access team in France to support activities that help patients access new medicines. You will work across functions including regulatory, medical and commercial teams to support reimbursement dossiers, market analyses and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Support development of market access strategies for medicines in development. - Help prepare reimbursement dossiers and documentation for French health authorities. - Conduct competitive intelligence and market analyses to inform strategy. - Coordinate meetings and manage small cross-functional projects. - Maintain clear and accurate project records and timelines. - Produce slide decks and summaries to support internal decision making. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 program in health economics, public health, pharmacy, life sciences, pharmaco-economics or business school with a health focus. - Strong written and spoken French. Professional working knowledge of English. - Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Interest in healthcare policy, pricing and reimbursement processes in France. - Ability to work well in a team and manage priorities in a busy environment. - Availability for an alternance contract of 12 or 24 months, starting in September (or according to your school calendar). Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Previous internship or project experience in market access, health policy, or pharmaceutical industry. - Basic understanding of economic evaluation methods (cost-effectiveness, budget impact). - Experience drafting technical documents or regulatory submissions. - Familiarity with French health system stakeholders and processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders and senior colleagues. Working Arrangement This role is based at our corporate office in Rueil-Malmaison and follows a hybrid working model.
