About the Role
 

We are looking for a motivated and curious Sales Development Representative Intern to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in technology sales within a global company, gain hands-on experience, and develop core sales, communication, and lead qualification skills.

As an SDR Intern at Infobip, you will support the sales team by helping manage inbound interest, researching potential customers, qualifying leads, and contributing to pipeline generation. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams while learning how demand is converted into high-quality meetings, opportunities, and revenue.


What you’ll do

  • Support the management of inbound leads by responding to inquiries and helping route them to the right next step
  • Assist with inbound phone calls, live chats, and contact form inquiries to understand customer needs
  • Conduct research on prospects, companies, industries, and market trends
  • Help qualify leads by identifying customer segment, vertical, and potential business needs
  • Support senior sellers by providing leads and preparing relevant account or contact insights
  • Update and maintain accurate prospect and customer records in Salesforce
  • Learn how to use sales tools and apply taught sales techniques in daily activities
  • Participate in sales meetings, trainings, workshops, and events to develop your skills
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support lead quality, conversion, and pipeline generation
  • Continuously build knowledge of Infobip’s platform, products, and business solutions


What makes you a strong fit

  • You are a fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student looking for an internship or on-the-job training opportunity
  • You are interested in sales, technology, and working in a global B2B environment
  • You have strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools, processes, and sales techniques
  • You are comfortable researching companies, industries, and potential customers
  • You are structured, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • You are open to feedback, coaching, and continuous development
  • You are amenable to working at least three days a week from our office in Kuala Lumpur


Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Basic understanding of CRM or sales engagement tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
  • Previous internship, part-time, or academic experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Interest in technology, SaaS, communications, or digital transformation
  • Exposure to working with different customer segments, industries, or regions
