Alternance - Assistant Audit & Contrôle interne

Nos Third-Party Administrators (TPA) sont des courtiers gestionnaires proposant des solutions de gestion de contrats d'assurance avec lesquels nous collaborons.

Nous recherchons notre prochain alternant qui participera pleinement au quotidien du service TPA, sur les missions suivantes :

  • Organiser et coordonner des audits conformité & opérationnels des TPA, avec les souscripteurs et gestionnaires sinistres (réalisation des audits et rédaction des rapports)

  • Assurer le suivi des visites d’audit, et suivi de la mise en œuvre des recommandations

  • Référencement de nouveaux TPA : mise en œuvre du processus de certification - élaboration et négociation des contrats de délégation de gestion, en collaboration avec le service juridique, les souscripteurs, des opérations et sinistres.

  • Suivi des partenariats avec les TPA : respect des standards AIG – suivi de l’activité et de la qualité de gestion (traitement des réclamations et suivi des fraudes)

  • Mise en place et revue des outils et process de monitoring de nos partenaires

Profil recherché

Bénéficiant idéalement de premières expériences professionnelles dans les métiers de l’assurance (sinistres, services, commercial, production…), vous préparez à la rentrée un Master en Audit, Contrôle Interne, Conformité, Gestion des Risques, et recherchez une entreprise pour un contrat d'apprentissage ou de professionnalisation pour une durée de 12 à 24 mois.

  • Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles

  • Bonne communication

  • Fiabilité, organisation, rigueur

  • Connaissances juridiques

  • Bon niveau d’anglais (écrit et parlé)

  • Aisance dans les outils bureautiques et applicatifs

  • Capacités à travailler en équipe et en transverse

  • Des déplacements ponctuels sont requis dans l’exercice de la fonction.
