JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Guides and follows-up reporting of safety and environment incident and near misses in global reporting system and participates in investigations,
• Takes part in Safety Risk Assessment Studies, ensures actions are defined to prevent incidents according to risk,
• Reports and follows-up on all SHE actions,
• Works with the factory team to ensure safety related guidance, training and actions are carried out throughout the factory,
• Conduct gap analysis on compliance obligations and Unilever Standard Requirements,
• Ensures Unilever Standards are met and carries out SHE KPI & KAI Reporting
• Prepares weekly SHE performance report & monthly SHE scorecard,
• ​​Improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Documentation process and expansion of ISO 45001 Management System 

Experiences & Qualifications

• Hungry to learn and curious,
• A dot connector: You have the unique ability to think differently and pull the big picture and small details all together clearly,
• 3rd or 4th grade at Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s Degree. (Environmental Engineering is preferable)
• Available to contribute minimum 4 days a week,
• Proven ability to influence others and working as a team
• Experience in SHE (Safety & Health & Environment) (Preferrable)
• Preferably, Kocali and Istabnul`s Asian Side citizens, because we don't have transportation lines support the European part

Skills

• ​​Good communication skills in Turkish and English
• ​Digital native, analytical ability, and Statistical Process Control 
• ​Data and detail oriented 
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, strong presentation skills
• ​Flexibility to adapt to different situations and ways of working 

• ​Problem solving and continuous improvement process​
