The role

This internship offers the opportunity to support the Finance Team in day-to-day operations, reporting, and analytics. It provides hands-on experience in financial processes within a dynamic and rapidly evolving global company.

What you'll be responsible for

You will support the team in:

  • Assisting in financial planning, monthly closing processes, and performance analysis.
  • Preparing and updating financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data and documentation.
  • Contributing to cost analysis and internal efficiency projects.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) on finance‑related initiatives.

We're looking for someone who

  • Belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99)
  •  Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Analytical and quantitative mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Curiosity, problem‑solving attitude, and enthusiasm for the world of Finance.
  • Good knowledge of international accounting principles IAS/IFRS and Italian GAAP(General Accepted Accounting Principle)
  • Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
  • Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
