Job Description

Position Overview

This role will integrate directly into an active NASA project. You will contribute to initiatives spanning Air Traffic Management, Advanced Technology Systems, AI, LLM, Quantum Computing, Nanoelectronics and Devices, and Advanced Software. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to impact technical disciplines including all forms of engineering, computer science, computer engineering, and human-computer interaction. Key Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct research and analysis on assigned projects within your technical discipline
  • Validate findings and document results with attention to detail
  • Identify emerging industry trends relevant to aerospace and aviation technology
  • Create designs and technical solutions for practical applications
  • Write and develop code for software applications in aviation and air traffic management

Qualification:

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or pursuing a college degree in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Demonstrated work history showing reliability and commitment (STEM-related experience preferred but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or coursework in aerospace, aviation, software development, or advanced technology systems
  • Familiarity with AI, quantum computing, or emerging technologies
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
